Culture is for museums, exhibitions and show cases? Culture is something about admire, talk, discussion, fashion? May be the answer is ‘YES’ in today’s context, but the timeless and true answer is ‘Big No’. Culture is something about living it.

Rural common man Chhaganbhai is a rural Gujarati , who is living the culture. Look at his environment friendly simple profession that may get extinct in next generation, look at his dress, look at his simplicity, and finally listen to his talk in this episode.

While wandering in Organic food fair at Ahmedabad like a ‘honeybee’, I came across this ‘flower’, a rural man whose profession is to create and sell earthen pots and utensils using ‘Chaakdo-wheel.’ He is based in very very small village in Saurashtra area of Gujarat and when invited by organizers, he comes to Ahmedabad city to demonstrate ‘Chakdo wheel’ skill to the urban visitors for whom it’s a completely new activity. I made Chhaganbhai talk with me about his profession and also with little hard work I made him sing a song that he likes.
