So it is very possible that his victory margin will be lower this time in numbers compared to previous elections. However percentage wise, Advani has consistently got 59 to 61 % vote share in Gandhinagar. So, will it be similar this time?

One Brahmin Gujarat-lover-youth protested Madam’s act by self immolation and died. Fanaa’s producer Yash Chopra ensured exit of Fanaa from Madam’s theater immediately after this, but Madama didn’t apologize for his act. This Congress man Madam should loose. Will he loose, or win?

Gordhan Zadafia who could not tolerate Narendra Modi and left BJP to form right-wing MahaGujarat Janata Party is hoping to win from Bhavnagar. Will this candidate banking on Patel votes win? Let’s talk about another woman candidate, Prabha Taviyad who is contesting on Dahod seat from Congress. Prabha lost last election by less than 400 votes margin. Will she win this election or loose again? With how much margin? BJP’s another first time woman candidate Darshna Jardosh who is contesting from BJP’s strong hold Surat faces tough fight. If she win, how much will be a margin? Congress party did not give ticket to sitting Amreli MP because of his scams however Congress allotted a ticket to her wife Nilaben Thumar who was novice in politics. Will Amreli’s people elect another Thumar?

BJP’s newly discovered surprise candidates will work? Rajkot candidate Kiran Patel joined BJP couple of days before announcement of his candidature! Though Rajkot is rock-solid BJP bastion, his rival Congress candidate is strong and there has been tough fight. BJP’s Ahmedabad candidate Dr.Kirit Solanki was another surprise name. Kiranbhai or Kiritbhai have not fought even a Panchayat election. In a surprise move, BJP announced sitting Congress MLA from Sami-Harij, Bhavsinhji Rathod as it’s candidate for Patan Lok Sabha seat. Bhavsinh had not even joined BJP when his name was announced. Bhavsinh is ex-decoit, he has been in jail for months in narcotic landing case. His son was arrested in fake currency scam. Bhavsinh hails from Thakor community which has strong voting presence in Patan constituency. Congress gave ticket to Dehgam MLA Jagdish Thakor to woo Thakors. MahaGujarat Janata Party’s Patel candidate worked hard to ensure some thousand votes. Bhavsinh has already resigned from assembly as he has changed his party. Which Thakor will win? Mr. BJP Thakor or Congress Thakor?

In Gujarat, it is said that whoever wins Valsad seat, his party forms a government at centre. Valsad has sitting Congress MP, challenged by BJP’s doctor candidate who is master in treating snake bites. Will BJP be able to snatch this seat from Congress? Or Congress will continue it’s dominance on this seat?
