CM holds Swagat Online session at Sachivalaya

Modi in talk with Dahod district Collector and other government official of the district in reference to a tribal visiter who has come to Chief Minister office with his complain that is related to district level administrative machinery
Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi today asked the district and state administrative heads to broaden the base of Swagat(Statw Wide Attention on Grievances by Application of Technology) Online Grievance Redressal Programme and give it a face of ‘Taluka Sarkar’. He said this today during a session of Swagat Online Grievance Redressal Programme, which he holds every fourth Thursday at Sachivalaya.
Chief Minister has so far heard as many as 4373 people through Swagat online programme and has suggested solutions of their grievances. He said that matters of common people should be examined with due care.
Chief Minister talked with district collectors through video conference and reviewed the progress of Swagat Online programme. He said that taluka level problems should be solved at taluka level. There has to be an atmosphere where people feel that the government administration is with them in solving their problems, he said.
