Adani, GSPC halt industrial gas supply for indefinite period

Adani, GSPC today stopped supplying gas to industries across the state at 5.30 PM. According to Ahmedabad based industrial customers of Adani’s PNG gas, they were told today in the afternoon that supply of gas would be suspended for indefinite period from 5.30 pm due to major breakdown. Sources in Adani Gas told DeshGujarat that the supply is likely to resume by Tuesday evening.
Sources told DeshGujarat that due to windy and rough weather off Gujarat coast for last two days, vessels carrying LNG couldn’t be anchored at Dahej LNG port due to which present situation has occurred.
Adani and GSPC are continuing PNG gas supply for kitchens and CNG supply to its gas filling stations.
