Brahmins pass eight resolutions at Brahmchorashi in Ahmedabad

On the second day of ‘Brahmchorashi’ convention of Brahmins in Amdavad, eight resolutions were passed.
The resolutions are;(1) An awareness movement to prevent other caste people entering into Karma kand profession,
(2) Stringent law against slaughter of cows,
(3) To prevent crore of Rupees in organizing match making fairs, a matrimony website should be launched,
(4) Aid to poor Brahmin families under the Sudama scheme,
(5) One lakh Brahmins to be added in mobile network project,
(6) 10% reservation for economically backward Brahmins,
(7) Holiday on Shankaracharya’s birth anniversary
(8) Installation of freedom movement’s first martyr Mangal Pande in Amdavad.
Bramhchorashi leaders decided not to support or oppose any political party and continue to be apolitical in their stand.
It should be mentioned that yesterday BJP MP Shri Harin Pathak, former MP smt Bhavnaben Dave, Gujarat University Vice Chancellor Shri Parimal Trivedi, sant Shri Chaitanya Shambhu Maharam etc were present on the stage of the Brahmchorashi function.
