59425 / 59426 Bhuj Palanpur daily passenger train from 12 March


Ahmedabad, 10 March, 2012

Kutch and north Gujarat will be connected by daily passenger train from 12th of March.

According to Western Railway statement issued here today, Kutch MP Poonamben Jat will flag off 59425/59426 Bhuj-Palanpur daily passenger train on 12th of March, 2012 at 14.00 hour at Bhuj railway station.

Divisional railway manager Rakesh Behal and other officers will remain present on this occasion.

From 12/03/2012, 59425 Bhuj-Palanpur Passenger will depart from Bhuj at 14.00 hrs daily and reach Palanpur at 23.30 hrs the same day,

Similarly, from 13/03/2012, Train no 59426 Palanpur-Bhuj Passenger will depart from Palanpur at 4.30hrs daily to rach Bhuj at 13.30hrs the same day.

It will halt at Chandisar, Disa, Lorwada, Bhildi, Jasali, Dhanakwada, Diyodar, Mitha, Bhabhar, Devgam, Radhanpur, Piplee, Varahi, Vaghapura, Chhansara, Santalpur, Garamadi, Piprala, Lakhpat, Adesar, Bhutliya Bhimasar, Padampur, Kidiyanagar, Chitrod, Shivlakha, Lakadiya, Samakhiali, Vondh, Bhachau, Chirai, Bhimasar, Gandhidham, Adipur, Anjar, Ratnal, Kukama stations enroute in both directions.

This train will have Second class Sleeper and general second class coaches.

The booking of 59425 and 59426 will start from 12/03/2012.

Bhuj-Palanpur daily passenger train was announced in Railway budget 2011-12 by then Railway minister smt Mamta Banerjee. Now when the budget year is going to end on 31st of March 2012, the train is all set to go on track.
