Four persons were dead and one seriously injured in an incident of gas cylinder blast in soda shop in Kalol town today evening.

This is perhaps the first incident of such type in which a soda gas cylinder has blasted killing several people.

As the season of summer has almost arrived, people in various town of Gujarat have started stopping at Soda shops in the evenings. Soda shops use Co2 gas cylinders.

In today’s incident, an owner and employee of Soda shop, a customer and a five-year old child are killed. One person is seriously injured in this incident.
