A garba organizer in Vadodara has turned Garba ground into a medium to convey the message of importance of voting. While assembly elections are scheduled to be held in December this year, a specially made garba song appeals garba players to vote.
The organizers at Vadodara’s Karelibag based Sports Cultural Association believe that garba ground is nice venue to convey message to maximum number of youths.
Dr. Suresh Patani, organizer of the event said that special garbas were made in view of the forthcoming elections with youth voters in focus.
Mudra Pathak, a garba player appreciated this attempt while another garba player Manushi Pandit said that it’s good because while playing garba one can also get a message for social revolution.
