Gujarat Congress has filed complaint in Election Commission, seeking criminal proceeding against Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi alleging that Modi addressed his 3D rallies sitting at Chief Minister’s official residence and therefore he used government machinery.

It is however not clear whether Mr. Modi addressed the rallies sitting in his official residence, or from Adalaj based private farm house.
