Congress files complaint against Sidhu for his Monkey remark

Gujarat Congress has filed complaint against Navjot Singh Sidhu in Election Commission for comparing Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh with a monkey who doesn’t speak. According to Congress’s complaint draft, Sidhu’s such remark is widely publicized by a news channel – India TV on 11.12.2012.
As per the Congress party’s complaint draft, Sidhu said the above in Hindi, which ,if translated, would read as under :
“ … Once Mahatma Gandhi asked Chitragupt is to what happened to the three monkeys I left on the earth…. Chirtagupt replied that one who does not listen in the central government … and one who does not speak is the Prime Minister of the country….”
Congress complaint says, “Sidhu acted making it abundantly clear as to what he wanted to convey. Thus, this is a clear breach a Code of Conduct.”
