And what’s latest the media is catering today on the Modi for PM front?
Today they got the hold of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat at Prayag in Uttar Pradesha and asked what he thought of Narendra Modi. To this, Bhagwat replied: “He is my friend.”
Then Mr. Bhagwat was asked whether he supported the demand for projecting the Gujarat Chief Minister as the Prime Ministerial candidate, the RSS chief said, “I am not a political person…..I am not here on a political visit”.
Later in the afternoon, speaking at a gathering of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) at the Maha Kumbh, Shri Bhagwat said, “People are thinking here who should be the PM, but it is not our prerogative, it is the prerogative of the party…people know what is in their mind, everyone is saying the same thing.”
He further said that those who come to power will have to build the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, even as several VHP saints chanted Narendra Modi-for-Prime Minister slogan.
