What? RPN Singh’s nonexistent future Twitter profile gave tip to Narendra Modi?

By DeshGujarat, Ahmedabad, 10 March 2013

Now look at our Doon-school studied Minister of state for Home Kunvar RPN Singh. He is active on Twitter since 26 January 2013, and he writes next to his display picture(DP)on Twitter: Minister of State, Home Affairs. India,First,Always.

Now it seems Shri Singh thinks he is too creative and too original and couple of words he has used in his Twitter profile ‘India,First’ has inspired Mr. Narendra Modi!

So when Narendra Modi in his speech to NRIs today said that for him “a definition of secularism is India First”, Mr. RPN singh tweeted:

Mr. Modi says secularism is India First. Glad he’s taking some tips from the Congress (and my DP profile).

By DP profile, RPN Singh meant his twitter display picture profile which mentions the words “India,First”.

Now lets desect Kunvar RPN Singh’s claim. Mr. RPN Singh opened his Twitter account only on 26 January 2013, and therefore the words “India First” in his Twitter profile are certainly not older than January 2013. Mr. Singh’s first tweet(given below in picture) makes it clear.

On the other side, Mr. Narendra Modi has used “India First” not for the first time today, but also in 2012 and in 2011, and perhaps before that.

Look at this January 2011 reporting of Rediff.Com. Shri Narendra Modi while replying to a question in Pravasi Bharatiya Divas convention said the same:

“A lot of people in this country have given different definitions of secularism. I too have a right to give my own definition,” Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi said at a session of the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in Delhi on Sunday, while replying to a query by New Yorker Sanjay Sinha.

“For me the definition of secularism is very simple: India first. That’s it,” Modi said, getting a huge round of applause from the NRIs, mostly Gujaratis, while addressing the state session at the 9th edition of the PBD that ended on Sunday.

So RPN Singh’s Twitter display profile and a line below that provided tips to Mr. Modi two years before its existence? That’s really novel Mr. Singh! Such a phenomenal occurrence should be reported on NDTV for sure!

And RPN Singh’s FUTURE Twitter profile continued to inspire Mr. Modi again and again in its absence! Mr. Modi used ‘India First’ phrase in November 2011, and in August 2012 too!

So Mr. RPN Singh may please remove his tweet claiming that Modi takes tips from his Twitter profile. Or only CBI under his ministry can prove by any means that FUTURE DP profile of him gave tips to Mr. Modi in year 2011 and 2012.
