Speaking at BJP’s foundation day function in Ahmedabad, Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi said that if Congress leaders in Gujarat are really concerned about Gujarat’s farmers, then they should not waste time, and make pressure over the central government in Delhi for permission to allow completion of Narmada dam works.
Modi said that from every village of Gujarat, voice should be raised that we shall not waste any further time in completing the Narmada dam. Congress people will have to give answer in every street and locality on this issue.
Shri Modi said that Congress can’t improve. The way people of Gujarat punished them and defeated their major leaders in last election for language they used, for their lies, for dirty curses…. we thought they will improve, and learn to follow the limits of democracy, but they don’t want to wait for even 100 days. Just think about their mental state” .
It should be mentioned that Gujarat Congress is going to hold Jal Adhikar Yatra on water issue in Gujarat from Dwarka to Ambaji from 10 April.
