The Government of Gujarat has today evening announced transfer of 53 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. Collectors of Ahmedabad, Valsad, Amreli, Dahod, Banaskantha, Patan, Anand, Dang, Bhavnagar, Nadiad, Tapi, Kheda, Sabarkantha, Kutch, Surendranagar, Narmada, Junagadh, Porbandar are transferred. Following are the details of transfers:

Ahmedabad Collector Vijay Nehra is new Joint Secretary (Law and Order) Home department with additional charge as Joint Secretary, CM office.

Rupvant Singh, Collector Valsad is new Collector of Ahmedabad district.

DA Satya, Collector Amreli is new Collector of Dahod.

M.Thennarsan, Collector Banaskantha is new Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Ahmedabad,

JG Hingrajia, Collector Patan is new Collector of Banaskantha.

JB Vora, Deputy Municipal Commissioner Surat is new Collector of Patan.

Sandipkumar, Collector Anand is new Managing Director of Pashchim Gujarat Vij Company Limited.

Pravin Solanki, Collector Dang is new Collector of Bhnavnagar.

VP Patel, Collector Bhavnagar is new Municipal Commissioner of Bhavnagar.

GR Chaudhary, Chief Executive Officer, Development Support Agency and Ex-officio Addiational Secretary, Tribal Development Department is new Collector of Dang.

MV Pardhi, Collector Nadiad is new Additional Secretary, Panchayat, Rural Housing and Rural Development department.
