Naroda gaam riot accused find Judge biased, move HC

Alleging that designated judge Jyotsna Yagnik is biased again them, 69 accused in the 2002 post-Godhra riot case of NarodaGaam have moved Gujarat High Court seeking transfer of their case to another court. A lawyer of accused Hardik Patel is quoted as saying that the way Yagnik conduct the hearing of this case clearly shows her biased and discriminatory approach towards accused.
