Gujarat HTAT and TET 2 exams dates for year 2013 are declared by Gujarat State Examination Board(GSEB).

The exams for Head Teacher – HTAT will be conducted on 18 August 2013. This exam is for recruitment for head teachers in Gujarat state primary schools.

The exams for TET(Teachers Eligibility Test) will be conducted on 1 September 2013. This exam is for recruitment of teachers in the schools in Gujarat for above primary levels.

Online registration for HTAT will have to be done during 20th to 29th of July 2013. During the same period, forms shall be manually accepted. Hall ticket will be given on 12 August. HTAT exam will be conducted on 18 August during 12.00 to 2.00 pm. HTAT certificate will be valid for five years. A candidate is free to appear for number of times in HTAT exam. HTAT exam will be conducted at Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Gandhinagar, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Surat, Vadodara and Mahesana centres.

The government has started conducting HTAT exams since last year.
