Ambaji 51 Shakti peeth project opening likely in February 2014

If everything goes according to plan, Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi will dedicate 51 shakti peeth project of Ambaji in February next year.
Under Rs. 60 crore project, replicas of 51 shakti peeths across India, Pakistan, China, Nepal and Srilanka are built around Gabbar hill in Ambaji in north Gujarat. Rest rooms, drinking water facilities, bridges, cafeteria, gardens etc supporting structures are other structures built along with 51 shakti peeths around Gabbar hill.
The mandir trust has sent Brahmin priests to various shakti peeths across the nation to study puja, prashad, customs and ceremonies there. The administration wants to replicate it here at each replica of shakti peeth in Ambaji.
Segregation of 51 shakti peeths is presented below:
-West Bengal – 14
-Madhya Pradesh – 4
-Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh – 3 each.
-Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Kashmir, Haryana, Nepal, Tibet – 2 each.
-Gujarat, Punjab, Orissa, Himachal, Assam, Meghalay, Tripura, Pakistan, Srilanka – 1 each.
