Visiting Taj Mahal is now easier for people of Ahmedabad.

Railways have increased the frequency of Train No.12548/47 Ahmedabad-Agra Fort Express from Tri-Weekly to Daily.

Accordingly, Train No. 12548 Ahmedabad-Agra Fort Express which runs on Monday, Wednesday & Saturday Ex Ahmedabad at present will now run Daily .

Similarly, Train No. 12547 Agra Fort-Ahmedabad Express which runs on Tuesday, Friday & Sunday Ex Agra Fort at present will now run Daily.

The frequency will be increased w.e.f 29th March,2014.

For people of Ahmedabad, this is the best train to visit Taj Mahal and Agra. It departs in the evening from Ahmedabad and reaches Agra next morning at around 8.00 am. You can easily visit Taj Mahal, Agra fort and markets. At around 10.00 pm, you can board same train from Agra to reach Ahmedabad next day in early afternoon.
