Uttar Pradesh state president of Bharatiya Janata Party Dr. Laxmikant Bajpai today visited Chief Electoral Officer(CEO) of Uttar Pradesh and submitted a memorandum demanding criminal case against Congress candidate Imran Masood(Saharanpur seat). Bajpai said Imran Masood’s remarks violates the model code of conduct. Bajpai submitted DainikBhaskar.Com’s print out and video CD downloaded from You Tube with his complaint. He said BJP doesn’t want to reply Masood in same language, but seeks suitable action against him through proper procedure. Shri Bajpai also held a press conference in this regard in Lucknow in the morning.

BJP slams Congress over Imran Massood issue
