The Western Railways has taken a decision to launch AC premium “Superfast” special train between Ahmedabad-Delhi Sarai Rohilla.

Train No. 09417 Ahmedabad-Delhi Sarai Rohilla AC Primium Superfast Special train will depart from Ahmedabad at 16.10 hrs on every Friday & Sunday and reach Delhi Sarai Rohilla at 06.50 hrs. on next day. This train will run from 11th to 27th April, 2014.

Similarly, Train No. 09418 Delhi Sarai Rohilla – Ahmedabad (Weekly) AC Premium Superfast Special train will depart from Delhi Sarai Rohilla at 08.30 hrs on every Monday & Saturday and reach Ahmedabad at 23.20 hrs on same day. This train will run from 12th to 28th April, 2014.

The train will halt at Palanpur, Abu Road, Ajmer, Jaipur and Rewari stations in both directions.

The train will have AC II Tier and AC III Tier Coaches and pantry car.

• No waitlisted tickets shall be issued. There will be no refund except when the train is fully cancelled on railway account due to unforeseen circumstances or due to severe disturbances affecting operations. Adult fare shall be charged for all passengers irrespective of their age. No concession shall be applicable to this train.

• The booking of these trains will be available only through Internet. The booking of train no. 09417 departing Ahmedabad on 11th and 13th April, 2014 shall be available from 3rd April ,2014. only through internet, that is IRCTC’s portal and not through the counters at reservation centres. Booking of rest of the trips may be open with Advance Reservation Period of Maximum 15 days.The passengers are required to carry the prescribed original photo identity card which is used at the time of booking. The fares applicable for each day/transaction shall be indicated at the time of booking on the IRCTC’s e-ticketing website.

• The advance reservation period will be shorter, that is a maximum of 15 days. The fare is also likely to increase depending on the demand intensity.

• Only e-tickets will be permitted for booking.
