BJP to get 20-26 seats in Gujarat:CNN-IBN opinion poll

According to CNN-IBN opinion poll, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi’s approval rating is 46% and he leads preferred PM race in the state. Rahul is distant second at 15%. In Gujarat 5% respondents back Arvind Kejriwal and 6% back Sonia Gandhi for the post of PM. At +47%, Gujarat respondents show high net satisfaction level with state government’s performance.
CNN IBN-The Week March tracker projects BJP may get between 20 & 26 Lok Sabhs seats in Gujarat. Congress may get between 0 & 4 seats in Gujarat. Others may get 0-2 seats.
CNN IBN- The Week March tracker projects BJP may get 55% votes in Gujarat Lok Sabha polls if happen today. Congress may get 31% votes.
According to CNN-IBN expert P Sainath, Gujarat is not the first state where Congress has been wiped out. Congress bounced back in Andhra Pradesh twice.
23% Gujarat respondents say development in the past ten years has benefited only a few. 46% respondents say they agree development has benefited corporates in the state.
Price rise is the number one voting issue for 38% Gujarat respondents; corruption is second at 12%.
15% Gujarat respondents say development has happened in 10 years, but not as much as claimed.
40% Gujarat respondents say a lot of development has happened int he state in last ten years.
