Gujarat High Court rejects Pradeep Sharma’s plea

The Gujarat High Court has rejected anti-Modi suspended IAS Pradeep Sharma’s plea seeking FIR against Narendra Modi in alleged snooping case.
The High Court had maintained it from beginning that Sharma had alternative remedy to approach magistrate if police was not filing FIR.
The High Court asked Sharma to go for alternative remedy of contacting magistrate court if police was not registering his complaint.
Sharma is legally helped by anti-Modi NGO Jan Sangharsh Manch’s Mukul Sinha and his team in this case.
