11 persons were dead and more than 50 were injured due to yesterday’s storm in Gujarat. The state government has taken a decision to provide free medical treatment to those injured due to storm. Kin of victims will get Rs.2 lakh each.

This was revealed in the meeting of State Crisis Group today. The meeting was called by Revenue minister Anandiben Patel in Gandhinagar to review the situation in the state in wake of yesterday’s unseasonal showers/hail storm. Collectors are directed to file report on damage to crops in two days.
