As Mumbai goes to poll on April 24, 2014, many followers of Narendra Modi’s twitter account from Mumbai have received a personalized message through tweeter which urges them to exercise their rights to vote and also bring in their friends to the polling booth.
The tweet states the following:
“Dear XYZ,
24th April is Mumbai’s tryst with democracy! It’s your chance to vote for the nation’s future. I urge you to show the way by casting your vote & take fellow Mumbaikars to the polling booth. Am sure Mumbai will script history by turning out in large numbers & electing a Government that puts India first!
