Result of Madhusudan Mistry’s dharna? Two more sections added against him

Congress candidate from Vadodara Madhusudan Mistry sat on day-long dharna against case filed against him, but what did he get finally? Well, the district administration added two more criminal section to complaint against him.
While earlier the case was filed by Manjalpur police station inspector Munafkhan Pathan against Mistry and Makarpura GIDC based Jay Printers under IPC section 188 and 171(J), two fresh sections 500 and 501 were added on Wednesday. The new sections are about defamation and if proved, Madhusudan Mistry may get two years prison and fine.
Mistry sat on dharna on Wednesday demanding transfer of district collector and police commissioner for filing complaint against him. The complaint has been filed for leaflet which was defaming rival BJP candidate Narendra Modi. Click here for more on that.
