Ranki Vav likely to be declared World Heritage Site next week

Rannki Vaav in Patan is likely to be declared as World Heritage Site on June 25 by United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization(UNESCO).
The 10-day meet of UNESCO’s World Heritage committee is going on at Doha. It will culminate on June 25. The announcement of World Heritage Site will be made on the same day.
The Archeological Survey of India(ASI) has nominated Ranki Vav under the ‘Cultural Site’ category.
