Gandhinagar: Gujarat government today announced a new Gujarat Procurement Policy 2024. So far the policy announced in 2016 was effective in the State. Gandhinagar: Gujarat government has today decided to convert Tankara gram panchayat into Nagarpalika (Municipality) by merging two local gram panchayats. Tankara has 22,000 population. The decision according to the State government has been taken to mark 200th birth anniversary of Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati, founder of Arya Samaj who was born here.
