7 foreign nationals asked to leave Gujarat University hostel for overstaying

Ahmedabad: Gujarat University has found overstaying at its hostel by seven foreign students who have completed their studies. These foreign nationals, six of them from Afghanistan and one from Eastern African country are asked to leave the Gujarat University's hostel. Over 9,000 teachers fined Rs 1.54 crore for errors in exam assessments: Gujarat Govt

Gandhinagar: More than 9,000 teachers in the state were collectively fined Rs 1.54 crore for making errors in totaling marks while assessing Class X and XII board exam answer sheets during 2022 and 2023, as revealed in the state Assembly on Tuesday.
