Gandhinagar: The union agriculture ministry has approved the commercial release of IFFCO’s nano-diammonium phosphate (nano-DAP), for the upcoming Kharif sowing season. According to the sources, the notification for the same will be out very soon. Developed by Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) the nano-DAP is expected to reduce subsidies and the import dependence on the fertiliser variety.
