I’m so glad to see the videos of various facets of our changing Ahmedabad on deshgujarat.com. I admire your effort in putting this site together and enjoy the periodic video updates and thought provoking documentaries related to changes taking place in Ahmedabad on this site.

When I come to visit friends and relatives in Ahmedabad, I don’t have enough time to visit the different parts of Ahmedabad and grasp the changes taking place there. I’ve learnt more about the changes taking place in Ahmedabad in literally the last 2 weeks since I discovered this site than in 1 month I spent in person in Ahmedabad some time ago. Thanks.

I agree with you that Ahmedabad is Changing but is too slow comparison of Delhi, Mumbai and other south India cities. You know that in Ahmedabad there are some pipeline work are going on. and This all work are damage our all roads. In some Part work is over and renovation of roads are on but i am seeing the renovation of road is done with many mistakes like there are no level of road, Not a proper rolling the roads. And All this all over Ahmedbad there are lots of cows and dogs on the road. This type of city and we say Ahmedabad is a Metro City. Need To work more on the roads, clean and green city. Road Must be R.C.C.
After this I will proudly say that i am citizen of metro city.

amdavadi youngsters who are well educated they have to leave gujarat for earning money thats not right amdavad has got enough talented in managment n technical field but not enough wages n not enough jobs available amdavad is not still compatible to hyderabad n bangalore that is very regretiing point of amdavad

Hi,

I really happy with this site. i am happy that AMDAVAD is changing but v should not stop here because AMDAVAD is far away from other worlclass cities. so we have to think also to overtake those cities. i am waiting for taht day when AMDAVAD will become most clean and green city of the world or at least of India.

In fect i know so many ppl who like AMDAVAD sooo much. those are from India as well as Abroad.

I am waiting for riverfront and kankaria lake. also for BRTS and hope Metro will come soon in AMDAVAD.

And one suggestion to my AMDAVADI friends.

Make OUR AMDAVAD Clean and Green.

Unfotunatly I left AMDAVAD before 4 years due to work. but i m still missing my AMDAVAD.

I LOVE AMDAVAD AND ALL AMDAVADI.

AMDAVAD IS GREAT…

hello, As we are talking about malls, office buildigs, broad roads etc.
but for city that is not enough each and every corner should be clean and well
design by planner. As I have visited england were I have seen every site of corner
are well planned . Municipal corporation should have to take care of it.After comple.
of work finish stage must be clean. Every work of city should be given to engineering firm who knows quality of work and they should have keep tecnical staff having university degree. After few change
I see ahmedabad will be the best city in india and those our people abroad will also like ahmedabad

This is an excellent site. I have lived in Ahmedabad and Gujarat for over 21 years, and also lived across South and North India since the last 4-5 years. There is no other state in India like Gujarat.
Its a truly vibrant state which has become prosperous due to the enterprise, honesty and hard work of people in Gujarat, along with the continuous efforts of the Gujarat Government.

This website has done a great job of showcasing Gujarat’s achievements. But, I would also like this site to feature more about the progress and developments in rural and semi-urban areas of Gujarat.
