Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Kashmir issue(Video)
Sardar Patel solved burning Hyderabad issue, Junagadh issue and other hundreds of native states related issues at the time of Indian independence but Jawaharlal Nehru did not let Sardar to handle Kashmir issue. Sardar could solve Kashmir issue too but Jawharlal believed that as he(Jawahar) was from Kashmir, let him solve Kashmir issue himself. Sardar had his say on Kashmir issue, sometime Jawahar had to listen to him and sometime he did not listen to him at all.
One interesting scene in this video is about Jawahar’s radio broadcast in which he promised plebiscite in Kashmir under the supervision of United Nations. Sardar Patel had said ‘NO’ but Jawaharlal said it on Radio and look Kashmir problem is still alive.

Yes Gautam it was a blunder of Jawaharlal Nehru. Sardar was more capable and intelligent leader. If Nehru had done as per Sardar advised things might be different in Kashmir

while taking the decesion Patl took the major steps. convinced Nehru that was benifit of India and further unification
as he had done incase of Hydarabad and Jnagrah later.
If jawahar hd listened 2 sardar patel den 2day the sittuation would be different…….Its not the fault of nehru only….It was a fault of us. If sardar patel ws there in place of nehru that time…..Then situation would be different….At present we cud have much control over kashmir. Pok problem woudn’t be there…..

Are we the true followers and believers of LORD RAM AND LORD KRISHNA,then we should follow them in anhilating modern Ravan and Kauravas.The Hindu Gods didnot hesitate to use Brahmashtras and other weapons to wipe out Ravan though he was shiv bhakta and kauravas though they were cousins.

We were Freedom fighters under leadership of Mahatma Gandhiji during 1942 days. I took part in Quit India movement. I had participated in the Vinod Kinariwala procession in 1942.
A book by two reporters of France and England, “Freedom at Mid Night” is worth reading to learn how we got Independence and what negotiations were going on between top leaders.
It is true that Gandhiji was responsible to bring Nehru as prime minister. But Nehru disobeyed his another advice, “To Close-Down Indian National Congress”, after independencs.
Todays Congress has become Nehru dunesty’s political estate, when I see a non-metric Italian born Sonia Gandhi as “Bharat Bhagya Vidhata” of 90 Crore Indians. Nehru always allowed his emotions to rule his political decisions unlike Sardar Patel who had a vision and integration skills more than Bismark had. Without Sardar India would have been of the size of to days’ srilanka or Nepal. It is cristle clear that pro establishment historians have always tried to undermine the role of iron man of India i.e. Sardar Patel. Never the less Sardar Patel rules hearts of commoner as well asintelligentia more than any other leader to day.

Nehru and gandhi have done great mistakes for which the country is paying even now. as for as gandhi was conerened he was more dedicated to his ideas rather than for progress of india. nehru was an ediot and was made prime minister only because of gandhi. country is still facing many problems due his mistakes. in fact nehru family is a curse for india but what to say about the common people who see rahul gandhi as future of india although he has not done anything for the contry till now. may god save this country from nehru family
Nodoubt the work done by Sardar patel is being appreciated for the centuries to come but curssing the persons like Gandhi Nehru would never be justified. nodoubt the mistakes of these persons now becomes the real contentions but today if world knows India then it is only because of such persons like Sardar….
