Sonia Gandhi’s election rally speech at South Gujarat’s Navsari district’s Chikhli taluka’s ground. Most participants in this rally were tribal and fishermen community people from rural south Gujarat.
This was Sonia’s 5th rally in Gujarat in last 6 months before the assembly election. Earlier rallies were addressed at Devgadh Baria(Central Gujarat’s tribal village), Mahesana(North Gujarat’s agriculture based center), Porbandar(Saurashtra’s fishermen oriented costal town) and Anand(central Gujarat’s Patel and kshatriya dominated area).

i am from dang in south gujarat, and i have been hard core follower of B.J.P. since last ten years because R.S.S. & B.J.P. have done so much good for my family as well as our vanvasi society.
after graduating right now i am working in mumbai and me and my family are living lives happly.R.S.S. , V.H.P. have more than 10,000 schools(ashrams) in all over india including south gujrat and they are located in tribel areas so that can be much of help to poors, as the lodging and fooding is free there, apart from that all the poor students there are given free books and dresses.
from these schools i have got friends and my relatives who have come up in there lives and now they are working at good places for eg. in Army. and about all this our fundable media never talks as they are anti nation/ hindu. but these are real facts and people will know it not today but tomorrow……. i don’t care what others say about B.J.P., R.S.S. but me as well as hindu vanvasi society will allways support them. and i will try and spread this awareness through my society and friends, relatives so people can know what B.J.P. and R.S.S. are doing and they can make a well informed decesion about whom to vote….

ખ્રિસ્તિ મિશનરીઓનો ગઢ દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતનો વ્યારા વિસ્તાર હવે અલગ જિલ્લો બનશે….
સરકારી તંત્ર પેસશે: મિશનરીઓ પર નિયંત્રણ આવશે
ગાંધીનગર, દેશગુજરાત
ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રીએ દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતના સુરત જિલ્લામાંથી વ્યારા વિસ્તારને બહાર કાઢીને વ્યારા નામનો અલગ જિલ્લો બનાવવાનો નિર્ણય લીધો છે. સોનગઢ ઉચ્છલ નિઝર વાલોદ તાલુકાઓ પણ વ્યારાની સાથે જોડાશે. આ વિસ્તારોની કુલ વસ્તી આશરે આઠ લાખ જેટલી છે જેમાંના છ લાખ તો આદિવાસીઓ છે. જો ચૂંટણી પંચ આડે ન ઉતરે તો ગુજરાતનો આ નવો ‘વ્યારા જિલ્લો’ બીજી ઓક્ટોબરથી અમલમાં આવશે. નરેન્દ્રભાઈનું આ પગલુ વ્યારા વિસ્તારમાં વધી પડેલી ખ્રિસ્તિ મીશનરીની અતિશય પ્રવૃત્તિને નિયંત્રણમાં રાખવા માટે મહત્વનું નીવડશે.
વ્યારા એ સુરત જિલ્લામાં ગુજરાતની સરહદે આવેલો એટલો ખૂણામાં પડી ગયેલો વિસ્તાર છે કે જ્યાં પ્રાથમિક સુવિધાઓને અભાવે જીવનારા લોકો વચ્ચે ખ્રિસ્તિ મીશનરીઓને કામ કરવા માટે મોકળુ મેદાન મળી ગયું છે. વ્યારામાં મોટાભાગના વિસ્તારમાં રીતસરનું બાઈબલનું જ શાસન ચાલે છે. અહીં ખ્રિસ્તી મીશનરીઓની સભા યોજાય ત્યારે હજારો વટલાયેલા આદિવાસીઓ ભેગા થઈ જાય છે. આખા ગુજરાતના કુલ ખ્રિસ્તિઓના ત્રીસ ટકા ખ્રિસ્તિઓ સુરત જિલ્લામાં રહે છે એનું કારણ પણ સુરત જિલ્લાનો આ વ્યારા વિસ્તાર છે. ખ્રિસ્તી મીશનરીઓ અહી વટલાવ કાર્યમાં અને પોતાનું જોર ઉભુ કરવામાં એટલી તો સફળ થઈ છે કે અહીંનો સીટીંગ ધારાસભ્ય પણ વટલાયેલો ખ્રિસ્તિ છે. આ વટલાયેલા ખ્રિસ્તિ ધારાસભ્યને કોંગ્રેસે ચૂંટણી લડવાની ટિકિટ આપી અને તેને જીતાડ્યો.
નવો જિલ્લો બનતા વ્યારામાં જિલ્લા તંત્ર ઉભુ થશે. અહીં ડીએસપી આવશે, કલેક્ટર આવશે, જિલ્લા આરોગ્ય અધિકારી આવશે, જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ અધિકારી આવશે. સુરત જિલ્લાના કોર્નરીંગ થયેલા અને અવગણાયેલા આ વિસ્તારને અલગ જિલ્લાનું સ્વરૂપ મળતાજ ત્યાં સરકારની પેસ વધશે, દેખરેખ ઉભી થશે, મિશનરીઓ પર ભીંસ વધશે, મિશનરીઓ જે કરવા આવી છે એ સરકાર તરફથી જ ઉપલબ્ધ થતા વટલાવવાની પ્રવૃત્તિ પર આપોઆપ નિયંત્રણ આવશે. કેટલીક ચીજો સાનમાં સમજવાની હોય છે એ અહીં લખીને સમજાવવાની જરૂર લાગતી નથી.ટૂંકમાં સમજો તો આ પગલાની દૂરગામી અસર આ વિસ્તારમાં ભયંકર હદે ફેલાઈ ગયેલી વટલાવ પ્રવૃત્તિને નિયંત્રણમાં રાખવા બાબતે પડશે.
અન્ય એક મહત્વની વાત. દક્ષિણ ગુજરાતના આ વિસ્તારમાં નકસલવાદી પ્રવૃત્તિ પેસાડવાની નકસલવાદીઓની યોજના પણ ભૂતકાળમાં પકડાઈ છે. હાલ સોહરાબુદ્દીન અને કૌસરબી મામલે અમદાવાદની સાબરમતી જેલમાં બંધ પોલીસ અધિકારી એન કે અમીને વ્યારાને અડીને આવેલા વલસાડના જંગલ વિસ્તારમાંથી નકસલવાદી પ્રવૃત્તિ કરનારાઓને ભૂતકાળમાં પકડ્યા હતા. પાછલા વર્ષે પૂના ના ટાઈમ્સ ઓફ ઈન્ડિયા અખબારમાં આર્મીના સધર્ન કમાન્ડના ગુપ્તચર વિભાગે સરકારને સુપરત કરેલો અહેવાલ પ્રગટ થયો હતો જેમાં કહેવામાં આવ્યુ હતુ કે ગુજરાતના આ પછાત વિસ્તારમાં હવે નકસલવાદીઓ પોતાની પ્રવૃત્તિ ચાલુ કરવા માંગે છે. હવે આ વિસ્તાર અલગ જિલ્લો બનતા જે રીતે ત્યાં સરકારી તંત્રનું જોર વધશે એ ભવિષ્યમાં અહીં નકસલવાદી પ્રવૃત્તિ શરૂ કરવાના જે કોઈ પણ તત્વો મનસૂબો સેવી રહ્યા હશે તેમના માટે પણ લપડાકરૂપ નીવડશે.મુખ્યમંત્રીને તેમના આ નિર્ણય બદલ દેશગુજરાતના અભિનંદન.
