   Do you know whether doctor was responsible for patient’s death?

   Can there be a doctor who would kill a patient?

   Doctors are not God and patient may die. Such reaction only shows uncivilized way of handling an issue.

   Remember these GUNDAS who are beating a doctor can tomorrow beat you and me too.

   These mavalis must be punished hard.

   These people are shame. I am agree with dhaval and chintan. Even if doctor had really done mischief because of which patient died, relatives such outburst can not be justified.

   એક વાત તો છે કે અત્યારે ડોક્ટરો ખઈ વદ્યા છે. માત્ર પૈસા કમાવા પર ધ્યાન આપે છે. આવુ કહો તો ડોક્ટરો કહે છે કે અમે પૈસા શું કામ ન કમાઈએ? અમારે ભણવામાં કેટલા વર્ષો જાય છે? ભણવાનું કેટલુ બધુ અઘરૂ હોય છે? ભણવાની ચોપડીઓ કેટલી મોંધી હોય છે ? બારમા ધોરણમાં કેટલી મહેનત કરીને કે પછી પેમેન્ટ સીટ પર કેટલા રૂપિયા આપીને અમે ડોક્ટરીમાં એડમીશન લઈએ છીએ? વગેરે વગેરે

   પછી ડોક્ટરો જોડે હવે અમદાવાદની સ્લોટર હાઉસ જેવી સાલ હોસ્પિટલના સંચાલકો જેવા ધંધાર્થીઓ ભળ્યા છે. ડોક્ટરનું બિલ જુદુ, હોસ્પિટલનું જુદુ, એમાં પેશન્ટનો મરો થઈ ગયો છે. ખાનગી ફાઈવસ્ટાર હોસ્પિટલ જોઈએ કે રેઢિયાળ સરકારી હોસ્પિટલ એવા વિકલ્પમાં જો સામાન્ય માણસ ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલની પસંદગી કરે તો તેનું આવી જ બને છે. ખિસ્સાતો ખાલી થતા થાય, પેશન્ટ જો ઠીક ન થાય અને એમાંય જો ડોક્ટરનો વાંક માલૂમ પડે તો ઉપર વિડિયોમાં જોયા એવા દ્રશ્યો પણ ક્યાંક સર્જાઈ જઈ શકે છે.

   આમ છતા હું ઉપરની કેટલીક કોમેન્ટો સાથે સહમત થાઉ છું કે ડોક્ટરને આમ મારવામાં આવ્યા છે તો મારનારાઓય દૂધે ધોયેલા નથી. આ લોકો આવુ જ ટોળુ બનાવીને બીજાનેય મારતા હશે અથવા મારી શકે છે એટલે એમને પણ પોલીસે બરાબર પદાર્થ પાઠ ભણાવવો જોઈએ. ઉપરના વિડિયો આ બેઉ દિશામાં વિચારતા કરી મૂકે છે. મને ડોક્ટરનો કે મારનારાઓનો પક્ષ લેવા કરતા આ બનાવની પૃષ્ઠભૂમિ પર બેઠેલા સમાજના પ્રવાહના ઓવર ઓલ ચિંતન કરવાનું વધુ યોગ્ય લાગ્યુ. બાકી તો આવા પ્રસંગે સત્યની શોધ થવી જોઈએ. ડોક્ટરનો સાવ વાંક હોય જ એમ હું માનતો નથી અને સાવ વાંક ન જ હોય એમ પણ માનતો નથી. ડોકટરો અને સામાજીક તટસ્થ આગેવાનોએ ભેગા થઈને આમાં ખરેખર ડોક્ટરનો વાંક હતો કે નહીં એ સત્ય બહાર લાવવુ જોઈએ.

   Arvindbhai,

   Because our laws are not so powerful, police is pro-rich and justice system is slow, people take task of punishment in their own hands at so many instances. Imagine if these people had wished to punish this doctor through lawful procedures - Police could initially deny to lodge a complain, police could take a bribe of huge bucks from doctor and let him free and make the case weak …. such things. So until and unless our system improves and become more honest and quick, peoples’ tendency of punishing with their own hands will continue.

   I think, doctors need to be realized the future consenquences of the death of patient. I have been a victim of doctor’s negligency and still suffering for last 6 years as one of the lady doctor ruined my daughter’s life during her brith. Now, after her birth, doctor turned to another patient and what about us ? she made us cry every day. I believe that was pure reaction from relatives and I don’t have any doubt about doctor’s irresponsibilties nowa days. As far as I know, that patient had the responsibilty of running the family and he was from middle class family. can anybody tell me what could have happened if there was a patient from rich family ? I am sure this negligency wouldn’t have happened. Now, doctors are more focused in earning money rather than treating patients.
   It may be cruel to say but, I don’t have sympathy to doctor. Sorry.

   સત્યનું તો એવુ છે કે જનતાને લાગ્યુ તે સત્ય અને હું તો આ ટોળાને જનતા માનુ છુ.

   દરરોજ દવાખાનાઓમાં લાખો લોકો મરે છે પણ બધે ડોક્ટર પર હુમલા થતા નથી. આ પ્રસંગમાં હુમલો થયો છે તો મારનારાઓ પાસે તેના વ્યાજબી કારણો હશે. ડોક્ટરનો વાંક હશે જ એમ માનીને ચાલવુ પડે.

   બીજું કે ડોક્ટરને આમ માર ખાતા જોવાનો આ વિડિયો મેક્સીમમ ડોક્ટરોએ જોવો જોઈએ તો જ તેઓ પણ સુધરશે. બધા ડોક્ટરો ખરાબ નથી હોતા એટલે બધા આમ માર પણ નથી ખાતા. પણ આ ડોક્ટરને માર પડ્યો છે તો ખરાબ ડોક્ટરોમાં એનાથી ફફડાટ થવો જોઈએ.

   ડોક્ટરોએ આ ડોક્ટરને માર મારવા બદલ એક દિવસનું બંધનું એલાન આપ્યું એના બદલે એક દિવસ આખા વડોદરામાં ફ્રી સારવારનું એલાન આપ્યુ હોત તો આવા પોઝીટીવ વિરોધની વિશ્વના મિડિયાએ નોંધ લીધી હોત.

   એક વાત યાદ રહે કે આ ડોક્ટરને તો માત્ર માર માર્યો છે પણ ડોક્ટરના હાથે તો દર્દી મરીજ ગયો છે. દર્દીના સગાઓએ ડોક્ટર સામે પોલીસ ફરિયાદ નોંધાવી છે એટલે આ ડોક્ટર પાસેથી હવે પોલીસવાળાઓ કેસ દાબવા માટે ઓછામા ઓછા બે ત્રણ લાખ રૂપિયા પડાવશે. પોલીસે આ રૂપિયા દર્દીના નિરાશ્રિત થયેલા સગાને આપી દેવા જોઈએ. જે દર્દી મરી ગયો છે એ તો કોઈનો બાપ, ભાઈ, દીકરો કે પતિ હશે ને ? ડોકટરનું તો શું છે ? પોતાની જ હોસ્પિટલમાં મફતની સારવાર લઈને પાછો ગાડીમાં ફરતો થઈ જશે. લોકો આ પ્રસંગ થોડા જ સમયમાં ભૂલી જશે પણ પેલા દર્દી પર આશ્રિત હોય તેમનું શું? હું પ્રશાંતભાઈ સાથે સહમતિ ધરાવુ છુ.

    તમારી વાત સાથે સહમત થવા છતા મારો બીજી બાજુનો પોઈન્ટ ઓફ વ્યૂ પણ સ્પષ્ટ કરવા ઈચ્છીશ.

    જો ડોક્ટરે ભૂલ કરી એટલે તેને આમ રસ્તા પર મારવાનો હોય એને આપણે જસ્ટીફાઈ કરીએ તો પછી આતંકવાદીઓ કહેશે કે અમારી સાથે ખોટુ થયુ છે માટે અમે બોમ્બ ફેંકી શકીએ. નકસલવાદીઓ એમ કહેશે કે અમારી સાથે ખોટુ થયુ છે માટે અમે સુરંગો બિછાવીને પોલીસની ગાડીઓ ઉડાડી દઈ શકીએ.

    આમ તો ઠેર ઠેર મારામારીઓ શરૂ થઈ જાય અને બધુ બિહાર જેવુ બની જાય. બીજુ કે હિંસક મારામારીના બદલે ડોક્ટરનુ મોઢુ કાળુ કરીને ગધેડા પર બેસાડીને ગળે પાટિયુ લટકાવીને ફેરવી શકાયો હોત. આમા કમસેકમ આવા મારામારીના હિંસક દ્રશ્ય તો ન સર્જાત.

    બીજુ કે મારે અપીલ કરવાની કે દેશગુજરાત.કોમના હોમપેજ પર તમારા ડાબા હાથે “રાઈટ ઈન ગુજરાતી”ની લીંક છે. તેના પર ક્લીક કરીને આસાનીથી ગુજરાતી કોમેન્ટ લખી શકાય છે જે કટ પેસ્ટ કરીને અહીં ગુજરાતીમાં કોમેન્ટ કરી શકાય છે. ધવલભાઈ જાનીને વિનંતી કે અંગ્રેજીમાં લખેલા ગુજરાતી શબ્દો વાંચવામાં તકલીફ પડે છે તો હવેથી ગુજરાતીમાં કોમેન્ટ કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરે. હું પણ આવા પ્રયત્નોએ જ લખતો થયો છું.

    Doctors never want to delebratly harm any patient. There are many diseases and conditions where doctors are helpless and really cannot do anything for the patient. No body has got the right to punish doctors in the way they are trying to. This is shameful. If at all a Doctor commits mistake is this the way to punish ? Do not the Judges and policemen and people from other professions coommit mistakes ? Are they punished like that? Doctors never kill a patient they try to treat and during their treatment if a patient is fortuned to die or suffer they cannot be GOD. If all these things continue the day is not far when these so called GODS will behave like devil and have no sympathy for the patiens at all , no complicated case will be taken by them and they will not take pains to try to save life of critically ill patients
