New Tourist Help Information Desk Center in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has for the first time opened a new tourist information desk at Law Garden. This air-conditioned one roomed center is equipped with trained English/Hindi/Gujarati language staff, broadband internet, information kiosk, music, air conditioned sitting arrangements, almost all major tourist guide books-hand books, brochures and publications related to Gujarat, different Ahmedabad oriented branded items like mugs, t-shirts, calenders, posters, maps, small sized Uttarayan kite sets, key-chains, pictured post cards etc. Interior and Exterior of this Tourist help center has Indo-wester blended look.

I really appreciate the efforts by you to represent our beloved state and provide really useful information about the state which make us proud as Gujaratis, the most proud people in India and hopefully in the world. I want to thank you for all this. Please don’t mind about my suggestion, I am working from Pune, These all things what you show should not become a past as most of the times in government system works, so we must keep in touch with the government and also take active participation for what we are showing as good fortune of Gujarat. Means it can happen like after some time this centre go lazy and feel lack of management, so we have to do something to prevent this and like we have to come forward for whatever good is happening and being implemented should remain in its nature and even grow better for better future of Gujarat. We can think something about keeping these things and activities to grow our state better and faster.

how we promote gujarat in world???
1) make information desk like this in all over gujarat. 100 desk make in gujarat. who give money. private company give all money.

I can’t believe that a government body has made something so well! It reminds me of the West. the one in Bombay is such a mess - shabby, no infrastructure to speak of and just plain ugly actually!
