Reading this article was a pleasant surprise for me. Surprise because I had become used to listening media hurling abuses on a person who has potential to lead this rapidly disintegrating nation on a path of unity and prosperity. I had started to believe that the media has only likes of Rajdeep sardesais and barakha dutt who interview who are fastly rising corporate ladder by making ‘damn this country’ their profession. Riding in mercedez and living among the luxuries they have never felt the pain of burning people in sabarmati. I don’t beleive either that they know what it feels like getting butured in riot. But surely they have chosen to empathize for the later cause because it pays them. During gujarat election, I have seen those nonsense debates with virtually whole media inciting people of Gujarat against Narendra modi. I wondered why gujratis don’t thrash them to insulting their leader right in thier home. But ultimately gujaratis showed that they are not illiterates dumb voters like those in bihars and UPs who can be hawked in any direction. Kudo to gujarat and its people.
Yes, police and modi have performed. But this would not have been possible but the intelligent, honest, rationale and self determinant gujaratis and a few journalists like rupang.
I am not sure if I will be able to see it happening across the country. As there are corrupt, greedy politicians only because we, the people tolerate them, feed them and revere them. Nothing is going to change unless we change.

Thanks for printing the truth. Police force did excellent job because they knew what was expected from them and had full support from Modi. Modi did exactly a leader should be doing. Problem with past government was, they were doing what government should not be doing. Gujarat & country is lucky to have leader like him who believes in truth,does right thing,not full of corruption and places interest of all people before himself. By admiting his administration’s good work indirectly it affects opponent’s work( not done at all or done wrong) and that’s the reason why you see media and others trying hard to portray him as bad leader. Remember, media will bring what they want people to believe.People should have sense to see the truth. History is the proof that world usually regrets after leaders like Modi are gone and it’s too late. May be this is the one and only chance Gujarat as well as India has to use this kind of leader’s energy,wisdom,and leadership for country’s good.He does not want fame,credit,or honor and is willing to do anything for country. Gujarati’s and Indians, if you doubt this kind of leaders than shame on you. Where are you going to find better leaders? Qualified,willing and hardworking.How many Gandhi’s have you seen in last 60- 100 years!!!! If people had not join him we would have been still under British rule. Decision is yours do you want your children to live in terrorized world or be ready to change for better . GOD has sent right leader whose leadership has shown in 3 weeks that his team will do their best to fight terror. Entire world was talking Gujarat does not have enough police compared to the ratio of population.They have shown it’s not the numbers it’s the determination and quality not quantity counts.
CONGRATULATION TO GUJARAT POLICE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR SHOWING THE WORLD YOUR WORK. I AM PROUD OF YOU ALL.
