While, I am all for development and progress for Gujarat. And for it to move forward in all cylinders. I really ashamed to be a Gujarati being hailing from the Vapi area who have always being loyal to the Hindutva principles of BJP. Our mother rivers are totally raped there. There is not sign of fresh water in a region which was famous for sujalam sufalam since Vedic days. Something has gone haywire in the Lion of Gujarat Narendra Modi’s calculations. He speaks so proudly on sujalam and sufalam project, but for any ordinary citizen in this chemical/textile zone, the reality appears as a mammoth pollution monster, with a deteriorating quality of air, fresh water to drink, no fresh organic fruits to eat. And the worst is the massive influx of criminals into the region who have run havoc into the lives of natives there. The crime graph has shot up the roof. Basically, Modi has allowed the ruthless Americans and British subsidized companies to rape and destroy our Mother Nature. The same western industries impose strict laws for their own gutters! but make it valid to throw them into our sacred land. How can Hindus allow this to happen? Our Hindutva culture which even considers spitting into Mother river as a grave sin, how can the present BJP government continue with the same policies of the goondaraj Congress and Chiman Patel to ruin our backyards from Vapi to Tapi! It is really a shame and disgusting and my heart bleeds with agony that Modi has not yet seen our fresh water Loving Mother DamanGanga, Kolak (BHavagannadi), Narmada beyond Ankleshwar and ultimately the Sagardevtaa on the Gujarat prestine coastal belt turned into gutters. For the sake of employment to the migrants how can he prostitute our Mother rivers to Western countries who are using GUjarat to dump all kinds of banned toxic materials onto us. While I do continue to vote for BJP as a lesser evil of the two, but I am sincerely yet to call myself as Garvi Gujarat. I am hopeful that good sense will prevail.

At the same time I am very proud of SH.Narendra Modi for his achievements so far, and I am glad that he mentioned about the glorious work his Government has performed which is certain to spawn a economic revolution in samagra BHarat. The economic independence of Bharat which Gandhiji dreamed of through rural empowerment and self-employment will achieve a definite success and bring laurels if Narendra Modi ji’s policies continues in Gujarat for several years to come. He motivates the youth, and inspires a ‘Can-do’ attitude. A lots need to be achieved. May the year 2010 make Gujarat move forward by 51 million leaps.
Awesome, Go NaMo!
