I am non resident indian and I love honourable Modi as a chief minister of a very clean and very much
increasing in real estate business and even in all respects this state has done a very lot work and the
reason behind is A strong and honourable chief minister of gujrat.Hats up sir.
A sad thing with me is that I have booked 2 shops in one of the biggest shopping mall with a reputed
builder. The system of faith in surat is word which I enquired and confirmed with many investors.
Un luckily I was the only one victimised by builder as per talks I was called for registration of the same
property. At visit I was called for pre meeting where builder started explaining me that on the demand of
market people he wants to invite a anchour chain for betterment of market, therefore you select some other shop or pur your shop to the anchour for 7 years.
I was shocked but clearly refused the offer. during the meeting he was very hot and angry and tried to
force me but all in vain. In the end in frustration told me “‘that koi mai ka laal bhi ye dukan tumko nahi
dila sakta”.
finaly to desperate me he told me that you come after one month as he does not have BUC.
Now what help I can get from your honour in this matter as I have lost my one month and also airfreight
of coming and going plus again on schedule he may not be good with promise becuse he has already
promissed with anchour chains and also has broken my wall between shops.
Iam freelance writer even I do not wish to spoil the name of gujrat at all on any cost.

The most important thing in social problems and crime at home is much connected with todays t.v serials.
Most of the serial represent women in cunning way and presenting them always takung revenge within
family. All the way gelious behviour is shown which in ordinery life never happen but after watching serials
many women try it at their home and neighbour.

oh nothing to worry. nothing to blam. just tell me what had been happend good in country in last 60 years.

i would say only vajapi goverment made good road connectivity. and what happend? he was out of rule..

as long as this congress is rule in center nothing will be possible to bring rule and order..

jai ho . let wait more slum more latthkand and poverty. i am sure india will be like afrika in few year in rule of this congress.

An appeal to Honorable CM of Gujarat:
Please give any employment for the Police or bureaucracy jobs based on the following checklist:
[1] Make sure the applicants are patriotic in thoughts, words and deeds. Check their understanding levels of the value of sacrifice.
[2] ONE FOR THE REQUIREMENTS FOR QUALIFICATION FOR A GOVERNMENT JOB IS ATLEAST 200 HOURS OF VOLUNTEER WORK IN SCHOOL OR JR. COLLEGE.
[3] Education level and reading skills.
[4] Interest and Motivation levels for the job.
[5] team work abilities tested through the candidates sports interest, Game tactics, and physical fitness.
[6] Do these candidates believe in a minimal government and maximum governance.

Only on these factor they should be allowed to be recruited for Government jobs and benefits, otherwise they are a big burden to the tax-payers. This will go a long way in making our Government responsive in serving the common citizen and a united force against the criminalization of politics by the Congress party.

Gandhiji of Guj fought for ‘AHIMSA’ but Guj became notorious in 2002 for HIMSA & now only state in India famous for DARUBANDHI, became notorious for LATTAH.

This is the gift to Gujarat by 20 years bjp rule(10 years No.1 CM in it).
