Should the Gujarati People, learn to be Swavlambi , They can invite tenders from international firms to build the best fence in small areas,the most effective fences. Learn the technology and invite tenders from Gujarati small self employed people all over Gujarat and use the technology learnt from abroad to refine modify and Gujaratify the methods and get every village black smith to participate in the fence building and every unemployed Gujarati to participate and learn and earn money doing it. Send the bill to centre.If the centre does not send money in 21 days stop all petroleum exports to Congressy states immediately. Centre will not spend money because if they do ;how can those thieves of Sankersinh Vaghelas party steal what they have spent. The state government should not do this. It is the duty of Gujarati Janta, they should form Swaraxa Dal NGO. They should offer to work with central and state governments etc. IF NOT OPEN OFFICES FOR BALUCH AND SINDHA NATIONAL LIBERATION FORCES and let them infiltrate from Gujarat Pakistan boarders.
