અમિતાભ બચ્ચનને પોતાની ગુજરાત મુલાકાત વિશે પ્રશ્ન ઉઠાવનાર મિડિયાની ટોળી વિશે આશ્ચર્ય થયું. બચ્ચને આ બાબતે તેના બ્લોગમાં ‘સરપ્રાઈઝ’ અને ‘વન્ડર’ શબ્દ વાપર્યા છે.
બચ્ચનજીને કહેવાનું કે પહેલા અમને પણ સરપ્રાઈઝ થતું હતું. પણ હવે અમને કોઠે પડી ગયું છે. સાથે કહેવાનું કે બચ્ચનજી તમારા ગુજરાત સાથેના સંબંધ નવા નવા છે. આ સંબંધો આગળ વધશે એટલે તમને પણ પેલી ટોળકીના આવા સવાલો કોઠે પડી જશે.
કોઈ આઠ વર્ષ પછી હજુ ગોધરાના પ્રશ્ન કરે ત્યારે મને તો તેના પેટમાં ગલીપચી કરવાનું મન થઈ જાય છે. મને આવા લોકો બાળક લાગે છે. અને હસવું જ આવી જાય છે.બચ્ચનજી તમારે પણ આવા સવાલો પર હસી લેવાનું. અમારો ગુજરાતીઓનો અનુભવ એવો છે કે આ ટોળીની હરકતોથી કોઈ ફર્ક પડતો નથી. ગુજરાત રેસીંગ ટ્રેક પર છે અને તેજગતિ ચાલુ રહેવાની છે.
બચ્ચનજી તમે હવે એ જ બોટમાં છો કે જેમાં રતન ટાટા છે, અંબાણીઓ છે, મિત્તલ છે, બિરલા છે, હિંદુજા છે, મોડે મોડે અઝીમ પ્રેમજી પણ છે, તમારા પરમ મિત્રો અનુપમ ખેર અને પરેશ રાવલ પણ છે.
દિલ્હીમાં શીખ લોકોને ગણી ગણીને કોંગ્રેસી કાર્યકરોએ મારી નાખ્યા હતા. પણ ન તો દિલ્હીને શીખ હત્યાકાંડના ચશ્માથી જોવામાં આવે છે અને ન જ ત્યારના શાસક રાજીવ ગાંધીને એ ચશ્માથી જોવામાં આવે છે.
નકસલવાદ પ્રભાવિત રાજ્યોમાં માણસોને બોમ્બ સાથે બાંધી બાંધીને ઉડાવી દેવાય છે અને નાના નાના ભૂલકાઓના મગજમાં ઝેર રેડી હાથમાં બંદૂક પકડાવવામાં આવે છે. નકસલવાદવાળા રાજ્યોમાં થયેલા નરસંહાર સામે પોસ્ટ-ગોધરાતો બચ્ચું છે. નકસલવાદ તો દેશની અખંડિતતા સામેની જ મોટી ચેલેન્જ છે. પણ નક્સલવાદવાળા રાજ્યોના મુખ્યમંત્રીઓને, લોકોને આ નરસંહારના ચશ્માથી જોવામાં નથી આવતા.
મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં કુપોષણથી મરતા બાળકો અને ખેડૂતોની આત્મહત્યાની સ્થિતિ ગોધરા અને પોસ્ટ ગોધરા સામે અતિ-અતિ-વિકરાળ છે. પણ મહારાષ્ટ્રને, ત્યાંની પ્રજાને કે ત્યાંના શાસકોને આ ચશ્માથી જોવામાં નથી આવતા. કોઈ પ્રશ્ન ઉઠાવવામાં નથી આવતા.
બંગાળમાં નંદીગ્રામમાં જે થયું એને લઈને બંગાળને કે ત્યાંના શાસકોને, લોકોને નંદીગ્રામના ચશ્માથી જોવામાં નથી આવતા.
આ બધું તો પેલા ઝોળાવાળાઓ અને કેમેરા-માઈકવાળાઓ કાર્પેટ નીચે જ રાખે છે.
ગોધરા અને પોસ્ટ ગોધરાને પત્યે તો આઠ વર્ષ થયા. બધું કંટ્રોલ થઈ ગયું ને હજુ કંટ્રોલમાં જ છે. પણ પૂર્વમાં નકસલવાદીઓના નાળચા તો હજુ મોત શોધે જ છે અને મહારાષ્ટ્ર, આંધ્રમાં ખેડૂતો ઝેરની ડબ્બી હજુ ખરીદી લાવે છે. પણ પેલા ઝોળાવાળા અને કેમેરા-માઈકવાળાઓને આ અનકંટ્રોલેબલ સ્થિતિ સામે કોઈ વાંધો નથી.
શું મોદી નહતા ત્યારે હિંદુ-મુસ્લિમો નહતા ઝઘડ્યા? મોદી જનમ્યા ય ન હતા ત્યારેય આવા અને આનાથી અતિ ભયંકર એવા હિસક તોફાનો થતા હતા અને મોદી કાલે નહીં હોય તો ય થવાના છે. તો શું ટોળીવાળા આ નથી જાણતા? જાણે છે, પણ આ તો ગોધરા ગોધરા કરીને – હાઈપ ઉભી કરીને પતંગ ચગવા જ ન દેવાની બદમાશી છે. કારણકે પતંગ ચગી જાય તો કોની કોની દુકાન બંધ થાય એની ટોળીવાળા-ઝોળાવાળાને સારી પેઠે ખબર છે.
બચ્ચનની ગુજરાત મુલાકાત પર સૌ પ્રથમ તો પાકિસ્તાનના કટ્ટર ભારત વિરોધી અને હિંદુ વિરોધી મિડિયામિંયાઓએ તેમની અખબારી કોલમોમાં કળા કરી. અને ઈન્ટરનેટની મહેરબાનીથી આપણને તે વાંચવાનું સુલભ થયું. પછી ભારતમાં આ જ ચળવળ એનડીટીવીએ ચાલુ રાખી(એનડીટીવીનું ગુજરાતી કરીએ? નડ ટીવી – નડતવ – નડત્વ). પેલી નઝમ યાદ છે ને? પંછી,નદિયા, પવન કે ઝોંકે, કોઈ સરહદ ના ઉન્હેં રોકે… આમાં આવું જ છે: જબ બાત હો ગુજરાતકો જૂતે મારનેકી, તો કોઈ સરહદ ના ઉન્હેં રોકે…
બચ્ચનજી, બદમાશોની મેન્ટાલીટીથી તમે સરપ્રાઈઝ થયા હશો, પણ અમે તો નથી થતા. અમને તો આ બધું કોઠે પડી ગયું છે. રેસીંગ ટ્રેક પર હોઈએ ત્યારે ધ્યાન તો સામે જ હોય ને? દુનિયાના દરેક ભસતા કૂતરાને પથ્થર મારવા રોકાઈએ તો વિશ્વને સર કરવાનું અભિયાન ક્યારે પૂરું કરી શકીએ? અમે તો હવે આવી મસ્તીવાળા મસ્તાના છીએ.
તા.ક: લો તમારા માટે એક્સ્ક્લુઝીવ ખબર. ગુરૂવારે ગુજરાત પ્રવાસન નિગમના આઈએએસ અધિકારી, ચેરમેન અને અન્ય કેમ્પેન ડિઝાઈનર અમિતાભ બચ્ચનને મુંબઈમાં મળી આવ્યા છે અને ગુજરાત વિશેનું પ્રેઝન્ટેશન પણ બતાવી આવ્યા છે. બચ્ચનનો અવાજ, તેનો ચહેરો વગેરેનું ગુજરાતના પ્રવાસનના માર્કેટીંગમાં કઈ રીતે ઉપયોગ થઈ શકે એ વિશે વિસ્તૃત ચર્ચા થઈ. બચ્ચન પર પેલી બદમાશ મિડિયા ટોળકીની ગેરહરકતનો કોઈ પ્રભાવ નથી. બચ્ચન પણ રેસીંગ ટ્રેક પર છે.

I am owner of biggest India community on orkut the social networking site and this is my first comment here, I don’t consider myself as any celebrity but just normal person/citizen but Like mr Bacchan and many others who dare to praise what they see on the ground in terms of development in Gujarat FACE The same ‘wonder and surprise’ from same kind of other common/normal citizens(instead of journalists) initially but later I kind of get used to it like Mr Bacchan, Like many common citizens of Gujarat and India! Media is becoming more of Anti-Gujarati than that of Anti-Modi. Mr. Modi did not ask Bachchan to come to Gujarat and be his personal brand ambassador, so its very clear that Mr. Bachchan came for Gujarat and Gujaratis and Modi asked him to promote Gujarat state and not Modi’s image or his party. Media is ridiculing themselves by stooping such low.
The biggest problem with Indian media is its hue and cry over nonsense issues. I never understood why it has been giving biased views against a democratically elected leader like Mr. Narendra Modi who is not only a gentle, sober and simple living chief minister but also the best chief minster India has ever had. In his leadership Gujarat has achieved many great heights including a robust economy; in every sphere he has made Gujarat a self-sufficient state. If today Gujarat has become a number one state in India it is due to his vision and hard work, an unrelenting hard work in very odd circumstances, especially during a lot of opponent not only from all sides but also from his own party MLAs. Infact media should highlight his good qualities, so that other representatives of people in legislative assemblies and parliament can learn a thing or two from him, if I am not exaggerating, if these representatives learn even 10percent from him then our country will definitely become a superpower. Because of his great statesmanship it is not only Amitabh Bachchan but also many great intellectuals including businessmen have appreciated him. Even though I am not a Gujarati, I think if he becomes the Prime Minster of India he can definitely make India a superpower or we elect people like him our country will become a superpower.

I totally agree with what has been said by Shri Japan Pathak and congretulate him for reaction with wich I think all the people who r staying in gujarat and those who have seen and admire theprogress of Gujarat and efforts to bring the Gujarat at this stage by our beloved Chief Minister Shri Modi.I also support Shri kent and appeal all the Pepole who r loving and living in Gujarat to bycoot this News Channel.
Here is another example of our hopeless media – Business Standard today published a news about BSNL’s launch of video telephony in Gujarat with heading – “India may have 100 mn broadband connections in 5 years: Pitroda”. This is how our media publishes a news about Gujarat by sidelining the actual developement. They could have instead covered more questions like why BSNL chose Ahmedabad/Gujarat to launch their services over Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore etc.

Problem is not with only Gujarat, they can not tolerate Modi’s wisdom, work, development, and fame and familiarity. Other than Godhra their mind cannot think anything.
