We lived in Morbi next to the narrow guage tracks connecting to Vankaner. That was over 30 years back and narrow guage was a novelty back then, too. I remember planning a train trip to Vankaner just to ride that train. These go slow enough to give a feel of joy-ride trains. The gov should maintain and renovate any remaining narrow guage lines where possible – they can be powerful tourist attractions.

it is really interesting. this narrow train should keep runnig for tourisum. i don’t think any where in world you will find the narrow gaugae. also dabhoi is the historical place and can be promote as a tourisum through this narrow gage ride. another attraction can be between ajawa-nimeta and vaodara. the narrow gage track is already exist. just need to roll out historical narrow gage train.
