I think, one key reason for sudden food price rise in last year is permission to do commodity trading of essential food products. It was never allowed in the history of India. Corrupted NCP leader Sharad Pawar lifted the ban on commodity trading for his associate traders. Pawar is one of the biggest sugar traders. There is no surprise that sugra prices are so high.

Commodity trading must be banned immediately just like it was for last 60 years.

PM has the right to fire Sharad Pawar if he does not co-operate.
He may be a scholar buy is employed by an iliterate sonia, and hence has to
think through her brains and not his own. I hope you at least understand
the master-slave relationship with PM and Sonia

I totally agree with Modi ji, the UPA has miserably failed in their leadership. The goondaraj Kangress has lost their mind to rule on all fronts, and interestingly the english media channels of Times/NDTV is so silent in favor of this unconstitutional mindset of government that one wonders if they are sold-out to the highest bidder like the Kangressi chamchaas?
Only someone of the stature of Vajpayee or Modi can be relied upon to increase the purchasing power of the common man and bring it at par with the rest of the world.

Not only modiji but bjp as a whole know nothing about economics. What will they suggest to dynamic PM Dr. MMS & Monteksinh Ahluwalia?

India is under ‘developement process’. And inflation in this process is normal. Dr. MMS has been taken majors to withdraw savings of the ppl by increasing home loans. Monsoon failure is a natural factor. Sharad Pawar has embition
to be PM so he is not co-operating PM and other relative ministries.

Those who are wrong should count their days. Next Central Govt will be purely congress Govt & not UPA.

In 11th standard, I studied that when demand rises and supply reduces, the price is going up. But in real economy, when Sharad Pawar is in Government and centre is helplessness, the prices are going up.

Do you know, Sharad Pawar is Chairman of Maharashtra Sugar Mill Assosication and sugar prices trippled in just 5-6 months.?

He has huge property in thousands of Crores like Magarpatta City, Nanded City, Sakal Press in Pune. I am sure he will overtake Madhu Koda in Scam.
