Just look at the numbers....(be it dollars or rupees doesnt matter.....) In US Let say persons avg is earning 4000....... Petrol(Gas) price is 2.5 per gallon...i.e. 0.6 per litter............. In India... Persons avg incom is 10,000 (??? how many??)..Petrol price might be around 60 per liter..... Where is match? India produces lot of gas where as US import almost 100%? Got the math?
