Time has come to introduce modern infrastructure as shown in the above prototype. However, the way in which this concept is illustriated here seems that this will consume much electrical energy because this system needs a car elevator to take it from up to down. More energy-effecient parking structures are out there in construction business. For example, a very simple parking building with inclined roads will serve more better than the model shown above. If there are inclined roads on this building, cars can easily drive upto the top floor and park there without using our state's electrical energy.
