Excellent work. Bhajan is a bhajan, If its sung with your heart and feelings, it carries all the weight and meaning of the bhajan. Only comment is, you should have ended this beautiful bhajan with the final verse which gives you entire precise of all the verses and also the name of the writer, NARSHI MEHTA. Who has composed a lot of meaningful bhajans and kirtans .” bhane narsio tenu darshan karta, kul ekoter tariya re.”

All I can say is, my deepest thanks.
Out of recent times I recall the rendering of Maa Tuze Salaam / Vande Mataram by A R Rahaman which had moved me as much.
I am not saying this because these happen to be rendered by Muslims. But because these individuals are not fanatics. Faith is the choice of an individuals. Someone bringing you nearer to That Entity deserves everything.

Qawwali is a form of devotional music characterized by its nature/style. The content of a qawwali can vary from a hamd (praise of Allah) to a ghazal (love song). Riyaaz’s attempt is to take the niche tradition of both Qawwali as well as Sufiana Kalaam (sufi songs/sayings/poems) and introduce it to newer audience.
