Amit Shah exposes Cong that says Sohrabuddin was petty criminal
Ahmedabad, DeshGujaat, 25 July 2010
Gujarat minister of state for Home Shri Amit Shah today exposed Congress’s claim that Sohrabuddin was petty criminal. Shah in press conference held at Ahmedabad said, “I was watching one TV debate in which Congress’s big leader said that Sohrabuddin was nothing but a petty criminal. If a criminal from his house, 40 plus AK 47 rifles are recovered, 100 plus hand grenades and 1 lakh ammunition recovered is petty criminal according to Congress leaders, then when Pakistan army will be coming rushing in, only then the Congress would believe it as criminal. The arms and ammunition recovered from Sohrabuddin and Rababuddin’s well was more than the stock of ammunition possessed by Kasab and his whole team. Sohrabuddin was wanted in five states. There were forty plus cases registered against him. I want to tell the people of Gujarat and India through media that if the Congress party believes Sohrabuddin is petty criminal, how the nation, ruled by that party will remain safe?”
