Case against Chidambaram in Ahmedabad court for saffron terror remark

North Gujarat’s Radhanpur based Swami Nijanand Tirth on Monday filed petition against central Home minister P.Chidambaram demanding criminal prosecution for his ‘saffron terror’ remark that have “defamed Hindu faith and saints”.
Swami Nijanand said, Chidambaram’s comment is insult of Hindu dharma and sadhu, sanyasis who wear saffron cloths.The case is filed under IPC 499 and 500.
The matter is slated to come up for hearing Sep 6.

Violence is the way of life for some, for real Hindus, violence is the last resort in a failing state. Chidambaram, your mother must have made you gulp down bitter medicine forcefully – this was not violence. This was the last resort to reset your failing health. I do not think saffron followers want to loot wealth of others or convert others or enforce their religion/thoughts on others when they become violent for the sake of saffron. Even the Supreme Court ruled that self-defence is not violence. Clear, ‘political’ BUDDHU?

This Lungidhari Home Minister P C was to address the convention at the Deoband seminary,
Later This Lungidhari issued a clarification saying the resolution was not passed in his presence and he was not aware of any fatwa against Vande Mataram.
Also This Lungidhari had said that Govt stands by rights of minorities.
It seems that other’s have no right.

However, I can not see…
- Election Commission of India barring candidacy for such a provoking, insulting, and defaming comments for Hindus.
Every senior citizen who are retired lawyer, policeman, judges who have little deshbhakti, gujarat prem should do this each and every time.
BJP or WE should provide logistic as well as financial support to such person who are eminent lawyer, judge during their career and now doing simply timepass in gardens, vridhashrams.
It is indeed good step by swamiji, and we need to increase frequency, whenever any central congress leader (specifically manu sighvi, tiwari), CBI, teesta, mukul sinha, various other NGO utter a single word about Gujarat, file a defamation case and fight until they got punished.
Up to when we keep our silence, they taken granted that we gujjus/hindus will not do anything. WE have to set example so that such people never dare to speack anything against gujjus, hindus or our culture.
