-Congress was planning all these way ahead then other political rival parties.
-Congress used naxalites to murder Laxmanand Swami and mata in Orissa to eventually break BJP-BJD tie-up (A ex-minister from congress named Nayak was implicated).
-Nowthey are using Naxalites to create trouble in Bihar to show how weak Nitish Kumar govt. is.
