Contrary to his Ahmedabad fast, Modi allows others to observe fast with him in Dwarka, 8000 locals join in

During his three-day Sadbhavana fast in Ahmedabad, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi had clearly instructed his party workers and government officials that no one would observe fast with him. But in his district level fasts, the Chief Minister has allowed people to observe parallel fast.
As many as 8,000 people from six talukas of Dwarka are sitting on fast with Cheif Minister Narendra Modi today.
Some have come to Modi’s fast venue on bicycles, while some party workers have joined the fast programme by walking from Jamnagar to Dwarka.
Modi started his few hours long fast in the morning after darshan and pooja at Dwarkadhish mandir. He will end his fast in the evening,
Modi’s fast venue is set up under a make-shift dome over a big ground next to circuit house in Dwarka.
