Transfers/promotions of 10 IAS officers in Gujarat:Kamal Dayani new Industry Commissioner,Natarajan Commissioner Technical Education

AK Rakesh, Secretary, Nirmal Gujarat, Urban Development department has been transferred as Development Commissioner.
Shri RK Pathak, Development Commissioner has been transferred as Secretary (Apeal) Revenue department.
Elevated to Secretary rank
Shri RR Chauhan, Additional Secretary, Food and Civil supply department has been transferred as Director General, Gandhi Shram Sansthan. The post has been upgraded to Secretary level.
Smt Mona Khandhar, Additional Secretary, Urban Development and Urban Housing department has been transferred as Secretary, Nirmal Gujarat, Urban Development Department.
Shri T. Natarajan, Additional Secretary, Revenue department has been transferred as Commissioner, Technical Education.
Smt Mamata Varma, CEO, AUDA will continue her services on same post, but the post is upgraded to Secretary level.
Shri Mukeshkumar, Managing Director, Indext-B will continue to serve on same post, but the post has been upgraded to Secretary level.
Shri AN Khatri, Managing Director, Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited, Vadodara will continue to serve on same post but the post is upgraded to Secretary level.
Shri DK Rawal, Registrar, Cooperative society, Gandhinagar is transferred as Commissioner of Cooperation Registrar Cooperative Society, Gandhinagar. The post has been upgraded to Secretary level.
Shri Kamal Dayani is back from the Government of India service. He has been transferred as Industry Commissioner, Gandhinagar.
With this, 20 Deputy Secretaries are elevated to Joint Secretary rank. They are; KC Tamhane, KM Adhvaryu, Mukesh Shukla, PG Parekh, CM Sadadia, PB Rana, PJ Shah, NP Lavingia, Mukesh N Ved, Virendra P Pandya, Chetan Shukla, NU Gamit, PM Christian, RR Maheria, SK Patel, JL Patel, PB Chaudhary, Anil Patel, AM Patel and Jashwant Gandhi.
