While speaking on alleged assault on Dahod MP Dr. Prabha Taviad, Congress MP Girija Vyas lied in Lok Sabha today that pregnant woman’s womb was ripped open in Gujarat.

Vyas can be prosecuted under 153-A and 500 for this lie as per the legal experts.

Speaking on Gujarat without naming the state, Girija Vyas said in parliament, “the government that believes it is very good government, the government whose praise can be found at every place, such government’s behavior, I feel shame to say, this government’s stand is even today same as what happened there at that time when women’s wombs were ripped open and children were pulled out.”
